Refund policy

At ZayluxeCare.pk, your satisfaction comes first. That’s why we offer a 2-day return policy on all products.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or support email.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  2. Share your order number + unboxing video/pictures for verification.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange the return pickup or guide you on sending it back.

  4. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.
